California Adult Driver Education

California Adult Driver EducationOur six hour, California Adult Driver Education course prepares adults 18 and over for the written DMV test, which is needed in order to receive an instructional learner's permit. The course includes six hours of online instruction and eight premier Drivers Ed videos that will prepare you for the writtent test at your local DMV office.

The California Adult Driver Education course includes three California DMV practice tests that will prepare you, using questions specifically from the California Drivers Handbook, to pass the written test. Once you pass the written test, the eye exam and meet basic qualifications, the DMV will issue you a provisional instruction permit where you can practice driving with an adult driver.

After completing and passing the online course, a certificate of completion is issued for insurance purposes.

California Adult Drivers Ed

Students can login and out of the course as time permits. The course can be completed at your own pace as your schedule allows with unlimited access for 90 days. Each time you log out of the California Adult Drivers Ed course, our system remembers exactly where you left off. When you log back in, you will continue right where you left off.

  • Receive your provisional learners permit to begin driver training with a licensed adult.
  • Once ready, schedule your driving test at your local DMV and pass.
  • Receive your California Drivers License!
